You will be reminded by phone call and text message 24 hours before your appointment. Failure to answer or confirm this reminder during this period will LEAD TO CANCELING YOUR APPOINTMENT automatically and giving it to another customer.
We will appreciate your confirmation until 2:00 pm. the day before of your appointment to keep your place or reschedule for another available day.
Please do not come without confirming your appointment the day before, unfortunately your pet will not be assisted.
