Sadly, if you do not report it at the first visit, we will decide to stop grooming your dog as soon as any of these behaviors get manifests.

We ask all our customer bring or send by email prior your first appointment your dog’s vaccinations proof up to date, on letterhead from your veterinary clinic.
We accept pets that have been vaccinated 5 days after their vaccination.
We respectfully ask our clients not to bring their pet if they are aware that it has external parasites such as fleas, lice, mites, and ticks, or is being treated for another type of internal or non-visible parasite, until its treatment is completed.
Bringing your pet in these conditions without prior notice will mean that we will ask our client to pick up their dog and your pet will not receive our service.
